Thrifting in KC
Out of town this weekend to meet my husband's grandma and participate in her big 90th birthday bash! It has also been a nice opportunity to go thrifting in local stores that have not been pillaged by all the spry bargain hunters of LA (my being one such 🧥🤑👜). My husband even found that out here, it can pay to thrift when the elderly solicit your help to move heavy furniture into their truck and then slip you a tip for it!

Though we flew in with just carry-ons, I couldn't resist picking up a couple things to take home tomorrow. If you can guess which two of the items pictured below made it into our luggage, I will send you a homemade goodie! Family I'm staying here with already know, but if you want, I will send you something too. 😉
The ET mug and Hollywood plate? Also, it's been a looong time since I've r been thrifting I'm a place where it wasn't already picked through! Maybe I need to make a trip out of the city ♡
